Hemos tenido que cancelar las clases de Yoga presenciales en nuestro Hostel. Pero se nos ocurrió que para que la gente no perdiese la práctica podíamos grabar algunas clases y colgarlas gratis y online en youtube.
Y como se ve que esto va para largo…pues vamos a poner los vídeos en formato público para que todo el que quiera las pueda ver, compartir y disfrutar. Es un pequeño granito de arena para hacer más llevadera esta cuarentena a la que nos vemos forzados.
